1. Booking Fee & Retainer

A non-refundable booking fee/retainer is required to secure your session date and time on my calendar.

Because this time is reserved exclusively for you—preventing other clients from booking that slot—the retainer is non-refundable upon cancellation by the client.

2. Client Cancellations & Rescheduling

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your shoot, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Your retainer will be fully transferred to your new date (subject to availability).

Late Notice Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the shoot may require a new deposit to secure a new date.

Cancellations: If you cancel your session outright, your retainer is forfeited. Any additional payments made toward the remaining balance before cancellation will be fully refunded.

3. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Photography relies heavily on light and weather conditions. If severe weather or unforeseen emergency conditions make outdoor shooting impossible or unsafe, MarcFrame Photography will work with you to reschedule your session at no additional charge.

If a mutually agreeable date cannot be found due to a weather disruption, any retainer paid will be credited toward a future shoot valid for up to 3 months.

4. Digital Products & Deliverables

Due to the nature of digital media and custom photo editing services, all sales of digital downloads, online gallery access, and delivered final images are final and non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

If you have concerns regarding specific edits or color corrections upon receiving your gallery, please notify me within 7 days of delivery. Reasonable adjustments will be made to ensure client satisfaction in line with standard editing styles.

5. Photographer Cancellation or Illness

In the rare event that MarcFrame Photography is unable to perform the shoot due to sudden illness, injury, or extreme emergency, you will be notified immediately.

You will be offered the choice between rescheduling your session at the earliest opportunity or receiving a 100% full refund of all payments made, including your booking retainer.
